Greetings,
Why are we still alive? Is it because we are so gifted and intelligent that the world cannot exist without us? Or, have we been so good, we deserve to be here?
Lamentations 3:22-25 (NKJV) – “Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. [23] They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.”
Because of God’s mercies, we are still living. He is merciful beyond our imagination and so very kind. When we deserved judgment, He extended His love to us. We can never thank Him enough for what He has done, that we did nothing to deserve!
Thank You, my Lord, for loving me, for being so merciful and good, and for forgiving me. You are the greatest! I love You. Today I lay claim to new mercy and compassion.
