Devotional: Day 1041

Greetings,

God has always been concerned about the poor. It blesses me to know that He cares about our well-being.

Psalm 41:1-3 (NKJV) – “Blessed is he who considers the poor; The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. [2] The LORD will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. [3] The LORD will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.”

God isn’t just slightly moved by the plight of the poor; He truly wants their lives to improve. In a world filled with so many good things, it breaks His heart to see that some people are not enjoying His blessings. This is why I know that God has chosen to bless me.

Heavenly Father, every good and perfect gift is from above. If You feed the birds of the air, how much more will You love and provide for those who were made in Your image. Thank You for caring about our well-being!

Today, I’m worshiping with Jason Nelson and “Lord of All.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
