Greetings,
Yes, God can become angry; but it only lasts for a moment. On the other hand, His favor lasts for a lifetime!
Psalm 30:5 (NKJV) – “For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.”
How precious it is for God’s favor to rest upon us for a lifetime—and then be extended to our children and grandchildren! That’s what He promised to Abraham and David!
Lord, I pray that Your favor will remain upon me all of my days, and then upon my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren for as long as they live. Your favor causes things to happen that our time, effort, and the right connections could never achieve.
Help me to be so pleasing to You that I could never live long enough to experience all the great things You have planned for me and my offspring. I love You, Lord!
