Devotional: Day 106

Greetings,

The normal cycle of day and night is based upon our world revolving around the sun. As we see the sun’s first rays of light in the east, we know that a new day is dawning. When the sun goes down in the west, darkness is sure to follow. But a “spiritual” day is coming when that cycle will all be changed.

Light also speaks of revelation. A new day began for mankind with the rising of the “Son” about 2,000 years ago. But instead of the revolving stage of darkness, God has promised that in the last days of time, there will be abundant light and revelation. Darkness will no longer prevail!

Zechariah 14:7 (NKJV) – “It shall be one day which is known to the LORD – Neither day nor night. But at evening time it shall happen that it will be light.”

Every believer needs a fresh understanding of God’s power and authority and the assurance that when trouble comes, they already know how it will end. When one chapter of life closes, you can be confident that God will write another one for you.

Today, I’m worshiping with JJ Hairston and “Miracle Worker.”
