Greetings,
Sometimes, we all need hope! Despair can be so overwhelming, it can seem that the sun will never shine again. When you have suffered losses and the enemy whispers that even more are coming, that’s when your world can seem to fall apart. But, God is all about “good hope.”
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 (NKJV) – “Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, [17] comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.”
God gives us “good hope” because He always keeps His promises. The sun is going to shine again, no matter how dark it might seem right now. You are going to make it! Your Heavenly Father loves you and will never forsake you.
Father God, thank You for giving us hope in the middle of despair, for giving us peace in the middle of a storm, and for the light of Your Word in the darkness of night. Thank You for GOOD HOPE!
