Greetings,
Sometimes we actually think that God’s will for our lives won’t be as good as the things we have planned and hope for. Could we possibly want better things than those our Heavenly Father desires for us?
We read in Romans 8:28 (NKJV) – “And we know that ALL things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Did you catch that? ALL things—and that literally means ALL! The Greek Word for ‘all’ is pas. Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance tells us that it means: “each, every, any, all, the whole, everyone, all things, everything”—with no exceptions. That pretty much covers everything, regardless of what we may be facing.
Be at peace, beloved. Though we do not always understand how good can come from some of things we are going through, it’s because we don’t see as far as God does. We can trust Him to make all things work for our good!
Father, thank You for loving me so much, for caring for me and wanting the best for my life. Not only that, but thank You for turning things around that could have harmed me, and protecting me from decisions I made that were unwise. You’ve turned so many problems into blessings, that I can’t help but love You!
