Greetings,
If you have children or grandchildren, I’m sure that you pray for them every day. We always want them to go farther in life and accomplish far more than we have. Our desire is that others will respect and admire their character as well as their achievements. And—did you know, God has promised to make that happen?
Isaiah 61:9 (NKJV) – “Their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles, And their offspring among the people. All who see them shall acknowledge them, That they are the posterity whom the LORD has blessed.”
Father, help my children and grandchildren to know and love You. As David prayed, let them be men and women who follow after the heart of God. Cause them to love You with all of their heart. Let people look at them and know that Your blessings rest upon their lives. Cause their lives to be blessed. Protect and surround them with Your Angels.
