Greetings,
Have you ever felt that you had just messed up royally? This time, you messed up in a really big way! To make matters worse, the enemy keeps accusing you and saying that your fellowship with God will never be the same again. Well, he is a liar! Read these words:
Micah 7:18-19 (NKJV) – “Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy. [19] He will again have compassion on us, And will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins Into the depths of the sea.”
Thankfully God knows that we are human. He delights in showing us mercy and compassion when we fail. Our Savior loves to forgive us and cast ALL our sins into the depths of the sea of His forgiveness. If He loved us when we were sinners who were not even concerned about Him, why would He stop caring now that we are His dear children?
Father, I thank You for understanding our flawed humanity and our weaknesses. You are such a good God. We praise you for allowing us to live without guilt or condemnation. We love You!
