Greetings,
Problems can seem overwhelming. Sometimes we don’t know what to do. That’s when we have to just stand! What the Bible calls “evil days” will come to everyone. They did to Jesus. In this broken world, life can weigh heavily upon us. It might even seem like there is no way to escape from our challenging dilemma. That’s when we must plant both our feet firmly on the ground and say, “God, I’m still going to trust You!”
Ephesians 6:13 (NKJV) – “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
Dear Jesus, would You give me grace this day to stand in faith, to stand in love, and to stand in forgiveness! Sometimes it’s difficult to keep believing. My emotions can get in the way. My own will hinders me, but I want to stand for You. You took a stand for me and gave Your all. I want to do the same for You. I love You, my Lord.
