Greetings,
God delights when we love others the way He loves us.
1 Timothy 5:21 (NKJV) – “I charge you before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels that you observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing with partiality.”
God wants us to treat everyone as He treats us, not as we might think they deserve to be treated. Like us, they too were created in God’s very own image and likeness. We cannot be partial to one person and prejudiced against another.
We all need God’s love and acceptance. People all around us are broken and suffering. Can we see them as God does? Is God trying to tell us something?
Father, help us to always love others, regardless of their personalities, ethnicity, class, or status, and regardless of where they live. Help us to live without prejudice or partiality, and to treat everyone as our equals.
