Greetings,
When other believers observe our lives, does the example we have set encourage them to become more committed to Christ? In case you have not considered this before, remember that someone is always watching you!
2 Corinthians 9:1-2 (NKJV) – “Now concerning the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you; [2] for I know your willingness, about which I boast of you to the Macedonians, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal has stirred up the majority.“
The very fact that a few fervent believers can stir up a majority to become more devoted to God is quite amazing! Revival never begins with the masses; it always begins with a faithful few. That’s what happened to the church at Corinth. It’s what happened in Acts 2, and everywhere else that revival has occurred. It’s what happens in families too. The devotion of a few affect the majority!
Father, I pray that my example will inspire others to accomplish more for the Kingdom and be more devoted to You. Rather than causing others to become less passionate, I pray that my faithfulness, my devotional life, my worship, my witness and my giving will be an inspiration that causes other believers to be even more committed to You.
Today, I’m worshiping with Micah Stampley and “Holiness.”
We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
Pastor
