Greetings,
When Moses was shown the pattern of worship in heaven, he saw various articles of furniture that represented our approach to the Presence of God. He was told that if he would replicate this exact pattern on earth, it would lead him into the Manifest Glory of God, and that the Divine Presence would overlay their worship.
Hebrews 8:5 (NKJV) – “who serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things, as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle. For He said, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”
Our worship can recreate this same pattern. This is the secret for entering and abiding in God’s Presence.
Holy God, I desire to enter Your divine Presence and abide with You. I worship You from the depths of my being. As in Psalm 91, I want to live in the Secret Place and under the shadow of Your wings. Show me Your ways and teach me the paths I must take that I may dwell in Your abiding Presence. There is nothing and no one like You.
