Devotional: Day 2244

Greetings,

One of the highest honors a person can receive is for the leader of their nation to appoint them as an ambassador to another nation. An ambassador is not only empowered to do business with the other nation, but also enjoys the great privilege of diplomatic immunity.

Did you know that God has chosen and appointed us to be His ambassadors who would conduct Kingdom business against the powers of darkness?

2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV) – “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.”

God’s Kingdom is in the business of restoring fallen man to his original, God-given potential and purpose. While the kingdom of darkness seeks to destroy mankind, God wants to redeem us.

Because Satan is determined to hinder our assignment, he constantly makes our lives difficult. But like our nation’s diplomatic officials, God has granted us immunity. No weapon formed against us can prosper when we are walking out our assignment.

Father, help me to serve Your Kingdom and fulfill my assignment and purpose in life. Use me to set captives free and to bring the Gospel of peace to a world that desperately needs it. I thank You for the covering and immunity that we enjoy as we serve as Your ambassadors in the earth.

Today, I’m worshiping with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “Chain Breaker, You Are Holy.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
