Greetings,
God wants you to enjoy the very best life you could possibly have! Everlasting life begins now— not when you die. Does that surprise you? Many people believe that if they serve God, He will want their life to be dull, boring, and unexciting. But that simply isn’t true!
Psalm 81:16 (NKJV) – “He would have fed them also with the finest of wheat; And with honey from the rock I would have satisfied you.”
How many people do you know who are truly satisfied? They might have fine cars, houses, clothes, and many possessions—but they’re still empty on the inside. The truth is, God wants to feed us with the “finest of wheat” and “honey from the rock,” until our souls are fully satisfied!
So, what does that mean? For one thing, it means that you will never feel truly complete until your “inner man” is satisfied. Possessions, fame, and fortune are never enough to satiate the hunger within our hearts for more of God.
My precious Father, feed me with Your goodness until I am so satisfied, that I want no more! You are the Water of Life that quenches the thirst of my desperate soul. You are the Bread of Life that fills me completely. Let my heart be filled with You.
