Greetings,
Those who have never given their lives to Christ cannot see the value of the message of the cross:
1 Corinthians 1:18 (NKJV) – “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.”
This is why people denounce Christianity and attack those of faith. To them, the cross is foolishness.
But to those of us who have been forgiven of our sins and been saved by the blood of Christ, the cross demonstrates the power of God. When nothing else could help, the cross set us free from the bondage of sin!
Thank You, my Lord, for delivering me from the penalties of sin. Thank You for Your blood that washes, cleanses, and makes me as pure as snow. Because of You, I am clean and without guilt. I praise You!
