Greetings,
Did you ever feel that God had hidden His face from you and no matter how desperately you sought for Him, He couldn’t be found? The psalmist knew all about those kinds of feelings:
Psalm 13:1 (NKJV) – “How long, O LORD? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?”
Sometimes it seems God has forgotten us; but I can assure you that will never happen! Could you ever forget one of your own children? Neither can He!
Even when you walk through dark places and it seems you’re all alone, God is still there. You just can’t see Him. How do I know this? Because He said He would NEVER leave us or forsake us, and He keeps His promises.
Thank You, my faithful God, for Your “never-failing” love. You are with me, even when it seems that I am all alone. Though I might not sense or see You, I know that You are beside me. Your Word tells me so. I praise You!
