Greetings,
Abraham did not allow his faith to be shaken due to doubt or unbelief in challenging circumstances.
Romans 4:20-22 (NKJV) – “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, [21] and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. [22] And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
Even though Abraham was a very old man and was married to a woman who was also up in years, he knew that if God makes a promise, it’s going to happen—no matter the circumstances, if we will only believe!
Abraham was strengthened by his faith. That’s what faith will do! Unbelief makes you weak, while faith makes you strong. But believing God’s promises is a choice. And when we make the decision to believe, God counts it to us for righteousness. Now, how good is that!
Father God, I choose to believe Your promises. Help my faith grow stronger each day that I can believe You for bigger and more important things, that will bring greater honor and glory to You!
Today, I am worshiping with BJ Putnam and Nicole Binion and “Healing Is Here.”
We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
