Greetings,
Did you know there is a hiding place from the attacks, slander, and lies of the enemy? It’s a place where his strategies fail and his schemes cannot succeed. That hiding place is the Presence of God.
Psalm 31:19-20 (NKJV) – “Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men! [20] YOU SHALL HIDE THEM IN THE SECRET PLACE OF YOUR PRESENCE From the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion From the strife of tongues.”
Psalm 91, also speaks of this. It was written by Moses and he speaks of hiding in the Presence of our Holy God. Israel was protected from Pharaoh because of that Presence. Satan cannot harm us when we’re living in the shadow of our Mighty Creator. While in His Presence, we’re protected, just as Israel was from the heat and cold of the wilderness and any disease or enemy that would seek to harm them.
Draw me close to You, Lord. Keep me in Your Presence. For there I am safe, blessed, and secure. It is where I desire to be. I want to abide continually where You are.
