Greetings,
I pray that you are enjoying the wonder and awe of God. Just think for a moment about who He really is. He is our prize, our pleasure, and our portion. When we walk according to His path, it will ALWAYS lead us to pleasant places, no matter how difficult the situation we might be facing at the moment. Better times are definitely coming. By faith we know this true, even when the path ahead seems dark and obscure at the present.
Psalm 16:5-7 (TPT) – “Lord, I have chosen you alone as my inheritance. You are my prize, my pleasure, and my portion. I leave my destiny and its timing in your hands. Your pleasant path leads me to pleasant places. I’m overwhelmed by the privileges that come with following you, for you have given me the best! The way you counsel and correct me makes me praise you more, for your whispers in the night give me wisdom, showing me what to do next.”
Lord, I am overwhelmed that I am allowed to be in Your Presence. The dignitaries of our world are always surrounded by security. They would never permit me to approach those they protect. Yet I’m not only granted access into Your Presence, You actually welcome me there and are delighted to see me! Even more, I can abide in Your Presence continually as I focus my heart and thoughts on You. You are such a good God and I love You!
