Greetings,
Have you ever thought about how much Jesus gave to save you? It cost Him His life! What does that say about how much He must love us that He would die in our place, even before we were born? Even more stunning is the fact that He made this provision knowing that we could choose to reject Him. Still He chose to give His life for us rather than leave us undone and without hope. How could I possibly fail to serve God after knowing that He cared for me so deeply?
Zechariah 13:1 (NKJV) – “In that day a fountain shall be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness.”
The old song goes, “There is a fountain filled with blood, drawn from Immanuel’s veins; and sinners, plunged beneath that flood, lose all their guilty stains.” That fountain still flows today, available to all who need it.
Father, I thank You for the fountain of blood that was opened when Jesus was nailed to the cross and His side was pierced. It has forgiven, washed, and cleansed me from all my sins. Oh, what a Savior! I love You Lord, with all of my being.
Today, I’m worshiping with Shane and Shane and “There Is a Fountain.”
We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
