Greetings,
Those who are lost do not see the value of the message of the cross:
1 Corinthians 1:18 (NKJV) – “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.”
This is why people rail against Christianity and attack those of faith. To them, the cross is foolishness.
But to those of us who have been saved and delivered by the cross, it becomes a demonstration of the power of God. When nothing else could help, the cross set us free from the bondage of sin!
Thank You, my Lord, for setting me free from the penalties of sin. Thank You for Your blood that washes me as pure as snow.
