Greetings,
Rain is vital to our lives. Without rain, crops would die, orchards would wither and livestock would perish. But God also promises to provide rain for our souls:
Ezekiel 34:26 (NKJV) – “I will make them and the places all around My hill a blessing; and I will cause showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing.”
The Lord promised that around Mt. Zion (His church), the life-giving rain of the Holy Spirit would descend. In fact, He assures us that showers of blessings will continue to fall upon us.
Do you need God’s rain to fall upon you? He can open heaven over your thirsty soul so that you can drink deeply and fully from His abundant, life-giving rain!
Rain upon us, Lord! Let Your showers pour upon the dusty soil of our hearts. Let it rain until the rivers of Your Spirit rise and overflow their banks. We ask you to turn this sin-parched earth into a beautiful garden oasis!
