Greetings,
Abraham was a man who did not waver in unbelief:
Romans 4:20-22 (NKJV) – “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, [21] and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. [22] And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
Even though Abraham was a very old man, married to a very old woman, when God makes a promise, it’s going to happen—no matter the circumstances!
Abraham was strengthened by his faith. That’s what faith does. Unbelief makes you weak, while faith makes you strong. Choosing to believe is a choice. That’s what faith is—it’s a choice you make that God accounts to you for righteousness. Now, how good is that!
Father God, I choose to believe Your promises. Let my faith grow stronger each day so that I can believe You for bigger and more important things that will bring You more honor and glory!
