Devotional: Day 32

Greetings,

Years ago, I learned that in both the Japanese and Chinese languages, the characters for writing the word ‘crisis’ could mean ‘danger’ and ‘opportunity’ with both characters written beside each other. So, a crisis will always present a choice. Which word do you think will describe this present dilemma?

Notice these verses in Isaiah 60:1-2 (NKJV) – “Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. [2] For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.”

We’re now living in a time of darkness; but I believe this virus will prove to be one of the devil’s greatest tactical errors. I’m convinced that it will result in great revival in the church and an incredible harvest of lost souls. Why am I so sure of this? When darkness is all around, light always shines the brightest. That means it’s time for us to shine!

Father, revive Your people! Forgive us for our lack of total devotion to You. Restore our souls and send a harvest of salvation such as we have never seen!

Today, I’m worshiping with Bethel and “Let Heaven Come.”

Remember to stay at home as much as possible, wash your hands often with soap, don’t touch your face, and practice social-distancing.

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
