Greetings,
Paul said that we were to be a LIVING BIBLE that others who do not know God can “read” and better understand the character of God as it is lived before them.
2 Corinthians 3:2 (NKJV) – “You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men.”
While some people may never pick up a Bible, the question is: can they see Christ in you and me? Peter even admonished those who were married to unbelievers to live in such a manner that their companion would be won to Christ by observing their Christ-like behavior. The longer we serve Christ, the more like Him we should become.
Father, help me to become more like You each day. Let Your Word become such a “living epistle” in my life, others may see and come to know You through me.
