Greetings,
Fear is like a terrible monster. Whether it’s fear of illness, loss of health or employment, losing a relationship, or something else that we value, fear can be debilitating.
Does that mean we should never have a fearful moment? To the contrary, fear can be a healthy, normal response to a real threat. Not knowing what’s coming next in a time of crisis can be very unsettling. Notice what the psalmist said:
Psalm 56:3-4 (NKJV) – “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. [4] In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?”
He doesn’t say, “if” I’m ever afraid, but “whenever” I’m afraid, I will trust in You! He was determined to trust God when it’s an “unknowable.” Don’t allow the enemy to torment you about things you don’t know about. Instead, trust the faithful One who already knows the outcome!
Today, I’m worshiping with Christy Nockels and “Great Is Thy Faithfulness.” https://youtu.be/WvtaGtTeMpI
Now that we are permitted to move around more, remember to keep washing your hands often with soap, don’t touch your face, and practice social-distancing.
We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
