Greetings,
What helps you to keep going during the adversities of life and the rough times? The psalmist declared that God’s Word kept him from perishing:
Psalm 119:92 (NKJV) – “Unless Your law had been my delight, I would then have perished in my affliction.”
How did God’s Law keep him from perishing, or “going under” in times of adversity? I believe it was holding on to those wonderful promises and constantly affirming that no matter how difficult the circumstances, his delight would still be in the promises and guidance in God’s Law.
Dear God, I thank You for Your Word that directs my steps like a well-lighted path on a dark night. You always show me the way to go and I thank You for leading me.
