Hoping in God will NEVER bring disappointment!
Romans 5:5 (NKJV) – “Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”
Sometimes we’re disappointed by other people when we place our hope in them. We can become so excited about what that person has promised, only to wait, and wait, and wait—and eventually give up. But that will never happen with our God. Since He always keeps His promises, your hope in Him will always be rewarded.
Thank You, Lord, for every precious promise and the wonderful “Words” from scripture You have given to me. You know how to lift my spirit and give me hope in my time of darkest despair. That’s why I know I can trust You!
