Greetings,
Everyone is praying for God to end this catastrophic illness that has affected our world. We are asking Him not only to eradicate this disease, but for our economy to grow again and to bless our people with jobs, finances, and the necessities of life.
In Solomon’s prayer concerning what would happen if Israel should forsake God, the Lord’s reply is recorded in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) – “IF My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Some have called the word “IF,” in God’s reply, as the world’s greatest possibility. But He always stands ready to help–IF the people of our nation will humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways to Him.
Today I turn to You in prayer and I seek Your face. I ask You to forgive me where I have sinned and failed You. Heal our land. We need You to fix what is broken and turn our hearts to You fully and completely. We need You!
