Greetings,
Have you ever been in a “tight” place? Of course you have! We’ve all been involved in circumstances that seem to be squeezing us to death. Whether it was a financial problem, or something that demanded our time, attention, and energy, we all know that feeling of barely having space to breathe.
Psalm 118:5 (NKJV) – “I called on the LORD in distress; The LORD answered me and set me in a broad place.”
When the writer of this psalm was in a really tough spot, God brought him into a broad place. And God knows how to deliver you from one of those “tight” places. When you can’t see your way out, if you’ll ask, He will bring you into a “broad” place.
Father, I feel that I’m really being “squeezed” right now. I pray today that You will relieve the pressure of what I’m facing. Bring me into a “broad” place and give me the space to breathe again!
