Greetings,
Think about this: He chose us! We didn’t choose Him.
Deuteronomy 7:6 (NKJV) – “For you are a holy people to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth.”
We are God’s highly valued, special treasure. Can you grasp what that really means? If He loved gold, silver or precious gems, God could have used them to create an entire universe. But that’s not what He treasures most; it is you and me. What He desires is our worship and devotion. That’s why our praise is so precious to Him.
Dear Jesus, today I offer You my highest praise! There is no one like You, Lord. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. Ten thousand tongues could never express my love for You!
