You are destined to not only conquer what has been bothering you, but to lead captive whatever has captured you! None of this will happen because of who you are, but because of who God is.
Isaiah 14:2 (NKJV) – “Then….they will take them captive whose captives they were, and rule over their oppressors.”
God’s greatness and all He has done for me goes far beyond my comprehension. The beautiful song, “How Great Thou Art,” has always been one of my favorites. For many years, it was the only hymn I knew that could be sung directly to God, rather than about Him. But it has now become my way of thanking Him for the ability to rule over whatever may have held me captive in the past.
Father, I thank You for being so amazing! You have been so indescribably beautiful and wonderful to me. Thank You for empowering me to rule over what frequently conquered me in the past. Oh, how great You are!
