Greetings,
God gave Joseph dreams that would declare and reveal his destiny. But until that time came, he had to be tested.
Psalm 105:19 (NKJV) – “Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the LORD tested him.”
If it seems there is a huge discrepancy between where you are now and the dreams God has given you for your life, it doesn’t mean you didn’t clearly hear His voice. Nor does it mean that you have displeased Him. What you go through as you wait for God to fulfill those promises and dreams, is meant to test you!
We must be tested for the same reasons a pressure vessel in a refinery must be tested. They prove you can withstand the pressures that will come against you when your dreams become a reality.
Father, help me to stand by faith with a confidence in You that is unshakeable and strong. I want to be an instrument that brings glory and honor to You!
