Devotional: Day 979

Greetings,

One of the highest honors a person can receive is when the leader of their nation appoints them as an ambassador to another nation. An ambassador is not only empowered to do business with the other nation, but they are also given the great privilege of diplomatic immunity.

Did you know that God has chosen and appointed us to be His ambassadors to conduct Kingdom business against the powers of darkness?

2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV) – “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.”

God’s Kingdom is in the business of restoring fallen man to his original, God-given potential and purpose. While the kingdom of darkness seeks to destroy mankind, God wants to redeem us.

Because Satan is determined to hinder our assignment, he constantly makes our lives difficult. But like our nation’s diplomatic officials, God has granted us immunity. No weapon formed against us can prosper when we’re fulfilling our assignment.

Father, help me serve in Your Kingdom and fulfill my daily assignments. Use me to set captives free! I also thank You for Psalm 91, protection over my life and family!

Today, I’m worshiping with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “Chain Breaker, You Are Holy.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
