Greetings,
In this broken world, what type of sounds are you projecting each day? Hopefully, it is a sound of victory!
Acts 16:25 (NKJV) – “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.”
In spite of the pain Paul and Silas were experiencing after the indignity of being beaten, bound with chains and thrown into prison, they only offered words of praise and worship to God. Not one word of grumbling, disappointment, pain, or fear was spoken!
As they began to sing and bless the Lord, the prisoners heard their songs of praise. The result was that they were not only set free, but so were the prisoners! Revival broke out among hardened criminals. Even the jailer and his family were saved and baptized. I wonder … if we worshiped more and grumbled less, how many things would change for the better!
Dear Jesus, oh how I thank You for being my Savior! You are wonderful beyond words, beautiful beyond description, and amazing beyond comparison. I love You!
Today, I’m worshiping with Tasha Cobbs Leonard and “Release The Sound.”
We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
