Greetings,
Learning to trust in God is always rewarding. After all, who is more deserving of our trust? Leaders? Economists? Politicians? Would we rather trust ourselves and our own intellect? God has promised to take care of us and will always be faithful to those who seek Him. He will never let us down.
Look at what the Bible says about King Hezekiah:
2 Kings 18:5-7 (NKJV) – “He trusted in the LORD God of Israel. [6] For he held fast to the LORD; he did not depart from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the LORD had commanded Moses. [7] The Lord was with him; he prospered wherever he went.”
God causes those who trust in Him to prosper! Leaders, financial gurus, and politicians all let us down sooner or later. They are only human. Our God never will.
Father, help me trust You more. I look to You, my God. You’ve always proven to be deserving of my confidence. Use the setback of the enemy to be a setup for a blessing to me and Your Kingdom. Stir my heart to a greater love and passion for You! I declare Your faithfulness.
