SERVING AT INSPIRE

WHERE CAN I SERVE?

First Impression Team (F.I.T.)

Attendants manage parking for our church guests in designated areas.
Create an atmosphere of belonging as you welcome guests and members with a big smile and a kind word. Always ready to provide information and direction to all areas of the facility.
A key part of the worship experience, ushers—both men and women—make our guests and members feel welcome with a warm smile and friendly greeting. You will also guide traffic, receive offerings, and answer questions from our guests.

FOLLOW-UP TEAM

Sanctuary Care Family Representative-SCFR Your primary role is to help First Time Attendees (FTA) enjoy an uninterrupted worship experience. To make a FTA feel welcome, you will sit beside them during the service, offer information for childcare assistance, answer questions related to our service, provide Kleenex tissues, and if requested, personal prayer at the close of the service. The SCFR will then escort their guest to the Conference Room to meet our senior pastor.
The Children’s Ministry serves our little ones from birth to 5th grade. You can be sure our kids will have lots of group interaction as they learn about God’s love and the Bible–on their own age level. Our Safety Policy also requires that each volunteer is carefully screened and then trained to teach “creatively” with illustrated lessons, puppet shows, games, and object lessons.
Throughout the week, we meet to pray for our pastoral staff, requests from first-time church attendees, and special needs. At the close of the 9 am and 11 am Sunday services, we serve those who come forward for prayer. You may choose the service you would like to serve.
Trained volunteers keep Inspire members secure by watching over our congregation in every service.

The Music Ministry – composed of vocalists and musical instruments – is an integral part of leading our congregation into the presence of God in every service.

Using the latest technology, the Media Team spreads the Good News all over the world. These volunteers specialize in media and creative worship, upload weekly sermons to our church website in an audio format, and continually communicate a message of hope through Facebook and Instagram.
